A Southern Garden with Extra Frosting

My little Pinus flexilis "Aurea"
Not the word I'm thinking about this weather!
There will be bright color in this urn soon!
Hinoki Cypress and "Teddy Bear" Magnolia
Parrotia "Vanessa" is the star of the snowy show!
Anyone know what time it is?

  3. I am happy to give our weather to either of you Oregon boys! As much as people say Atlanta has great gardening weather, we're always either drought or flood, 100+ degrees or frozen! Give me a little time in a temperate climate any day!

  4. Looks very un-Atlantan. We were fortunate to dodge this bullet.

  5. I hope this doesn't take out some of your plants that are not suppose to have frosting.

  6. All the southern folks with snow is making me want a little bit. Too beautiful!!! But then, imagining what it might do to this town makes me appreciate your snowfall from afar!
